When starting our pool search we met with the most reputable pool builders in the market and knew we found our guy and pool company when we met Tom with Infinity Pools of Texas. His creativity and vision, given our desires and space, immediately drew us in. That was almost three years ago and even today he remains available to us to help with any questions or minor issues that may arise. So many times contractors disappear "after the sale" never to be heard of again...that is not so with Infinity Pools of Texas. You may find cheaper pool companies out there but there's nothing like the peace of mind of knowing you're getting a beautiful, quality product up front from a company that pays attention to detail and stands by their product. I've referred Tom to several friends and two now have gorgeous pools built by Infinity Pools of Texas themselves. Each is so unique and beautiful, although I am of course partial to mine. Love this company! Had several pool co's out for bids and they were the only ones who actually listened to my design ideas. I wanted a pool that looks like a vegas resort and they nailed it. LOVE the travertine patio--it is so stinking pretty and feels good on my bare feet. Our pool is stunning and their workers were respectful of my backyard--good to my kids. Owners, Tom and Carl are down-to-earth honest people who I would highly recommend.

We have never been disappointed that we used Infinity Pools. Tom Caldwell has been responsive from day one with any questions or repairs. Most recently during the polar vortex our pool equipment froze due to a power outage. I sent Tom a picture of the damage and he had someone out the next day to repair it, before the pipes had even thawed! Now that is customer service!! The craftsmanship, from design through installation was topnotch. Each day, there was an owner on site to check in on the work and ensure we had no questions or issues. We've had our pool for 7 years with absolutely no issues. Highly recommended!

Infinity Pools of Texas have been a great company to work with. I highly recommend. This is my second go around with Tom and his staff. We built a pool with infinity in 2010 and now at our new property. This was a great decision.

Infinity Pools was a pleasure to work with during the pool building process. Always available to answer my questions, explain the process and most importantly stand behind their work. Tom has many years of experience and is good at listening to your vision of how you want the pool to look and create 3D rendering. During the build stage I was able to communicate with the Construction Supervisor Jeff. He was always considerate, efficient and willing to answer any technical Construction questions. A great team that builds a quality pool.

We got the most beautiful pool and patio on a very difficult site hanging off a bluff. It took a great deal of time and imagination to pull this off. Many trips and much extra time but still an economical pool. It’s been 6 years and we still think about the beauty and the pleasure it’s brought us. Highly recommended company!

Tom and Jeff did a great job of helping us build the unique pool that we wanted and made it perfect for our backyard. While a nice inground pool is a sizable investment, it more than paid for itself during the past few months of social distancing shutdowns. Everyday we were able to go swimming as a family and have that time together. Those are memories our kids will have forever.

Infinity Pools is such a fabulous company! They went above and beyond in the construction of our gorgeous pool 8 years ago!! AND they still answer questions when I call and Tom even came out to show me an adjustment on our filter equipment recently.
